The Process: Crafting your invitation
Your special event is special to us, too. For this reason we ensure that each invitation design is unique. We offer a variety of design options suited to your budget. Our handcrafted invitations and announcements are based on the Envelopments® system, featured in Martha Stewart Wedding. Choose from dozens of colours, textures, patterns and paper types. We bring these elements together with creative embellishments to create a truly memorable invitation.
This is our promise to you:
- We guarantee high quality workmanship and on time delivery
- Each invitiation is unique to each bride
- Each invitation is completely handcrafted
- No minimum order
Here is how we will craft that special invitation for you:
- During your complimentary one hour design consultation we will discuss your needs and possible options, showing you sample papers, colours and design ideas.
- Once you decide to proceed a 50% deposit is required to begin the design process. The balance will be due upon completion.
- First you will recieve an electronic proof of your invitation and enclosure cards in PDF format for your approval. You may make any text changes you need to at this point.
- Once you have approved the electronic proofs, we will then create one sample copy of your complete invitation ensemble for you to review. After you have approved this sample, no changes will be possible. From here we will begin assembling your order.
- Depending on the size of your order and availability of studio time, your order will take 4 to 8 weeks to complete.
- As value added to our customers, Social Notes includes the following services at no additional charge:
- printing the mailing addresses from your guest list on the outside envelope.
- printng return address on the back flap of mailing envelopes
- adding the stamps on the Response card envelopes while we are assembling your invitations.
(The cost of stamps will be added to your final invoice)
Your invitations will be ready for the mail when they leave our studio!
