The creative genuis behind Social Notes Custom Invitations is Deborah Portelli. Crafting special cards and invitations has been a part of her entire life. If you ask, she might even show you the first card she ever made — as a young child — for her grandmother!

"I love to make beautiful things, especially when it adds to someone's special day," Deborah says. And it's such a pleasure for her to make the invitation even more beautiful and unique with just the right added touch, such as ribbon, small crystals, a design or picture.

The "social note", once a common part of our social life, seems to have lost its significance. Her passion is to bring back the art of the social note — but with style!

Deborah created Social Notes Custom Invitations in 2006 when she saw a need for truly creative and unique wedding invitations that was not being met by shops with their binders of off-the-shelf invitations.
